They want to make sure that they align with your team and that their outbound approach will actually work for what you sell. Once the trial is over you can decide to move forward. We were very impressed with the leads they generated during the trial and after. The other thing that they do well is they have robust analytics dashboards so you as a customer can understand what is going on behind the scenes and see where you can make iterations to improve the outreach campaigns. It really does what they said it would do - generate quality pipeline and meetings for your team so we take them down the sales funnel to close.
