Creating clear process with your buyer

Accord is great as it allows you to build a clear process with your prospect/buyer. It's also been excellent at helping us bring other stakeholders into the sales process, as we show 'we know what it takes to deliver the project' through this clarity. Support has been fantastic throughout and the team are brill. I'd highly recommend for anyone dealing in slightly complex/complex deal cycles.

Helps build your buyer journey

It forced the team to think hard about what the buyer journey should look like. For the product we sell, we wanted the 'top quality' to be shown from the start, including the sales/buying process. I also liked being able to see if the buyer is engaging with our resources (web, docs, etc)
