Accord can be a game-changer when working on working on proof of concepts or pilot's with customers. When using Accord and having fostered a strong relationship with a real champion who is bought in, Accord provides quite a bit of value when aligning on a date to work back from and all the items which need to be accomplished before that date. The functionality to assign folks to specific tasks allows you to take follow-up emails and action plans to the next level. Accord is a great way to map all the items that need to be accomplished, provide insights on these specific steps as well as an agenda. It's also a great place to include all resources for the evaluation.
