Accord Keeps Complex Deals Organized and Moving Forward

Accord makes it really easy to create a single, organized source of truth for complex deals. I use it heavily to drive my upsell and renewal motions by bringing together pricing, timelines, stakeholders and supporting materials in one place. It helps keep both internal teams and customers aligned and makes it much easier to move deals forward without things getting lost in email. It’s also great for executive level communication since everything is clean, structured and easy to digest. We also have a CSM, Treat, who has been wonderful to work with.

Accord is a super simple way to get a bird’s-eye view of the ongoing customer relationship. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and straightforward to explain to customers which helps drive quick buy-in. It also does a great job of centralizing key objectives, timelines, and ownership, so everyone stays aligned without extra back-and-forth. Overall, it’s an effective, low-friction way to manage and communicate progress throughout the customer journey.
