Is CUFinder legal?

I used CUFinder for getting US leads. Now I want to work on European prospects. The guys who are using CUFinder's Europe database, please help me!

I'm very interested in Hub Spot but comparing them to Pardot. Anyone know an pro's or con's only applicable to one or the other? There seems to be no undo or autosave functions, so I've lost work several times through accidental deletion. This seems like something that shouldn't happen in a modern app. Any tips?
