We had a great rollout of Klue, and its adoption rate is outstanding. With so much engagement, though, we are updating consistently, but we are losing track of changes, and when we have to refer back, we cannot. How do other organizations handle that run Klue?
One of our indicators to measure engagement on social media is through the number of likes. However, we couldn't see it on Brandwatch. Is there any possibility to improve on this issue? Thank you.
As far I used, Brandwatch sentiment is not very helpful. It gives the sentiment of the overall conversation not for a particular Brand/Product we are tracking. Also, apart from English language, the accuracy of Sentiment is very low.
