Zipy's APM tools resolve performance issues and network bottlenecks.

I liked Application Performance Monitoring features of Zipy. We were facing speed challenges in out web application. The development tools provided by them proved to be quite helpful. The detailed error tracking and network logs pinpointed where the performance issues were situated. For example, Zipy supported us in identifying delayed network API queries that were affecting customer happiness. Using this knowledge, we were able to quickly remedy these performance concerns. The combination of error tracking and performance monitoring has transformed how we improve and maintain app performance.

Great tool and excellent support

Zipy has enabled us to visualise customer experience and any errors customer has faced in near real time. There are a number of features like heat map, session replay, user tagging, console errors which helps us to understand customer experiences including potential issues. Zipy admin is easy to use and can stand u pthe integration with sites in clicks via GTM in few minutes. On top of this Zipy has an amazing customer support team who provide unconditional support to us and quick responses t oany questions. Kudos to Zipy team!!
