They are also quick to solve issues and are always kind and understanding. The platform is very easy to use and they keep adding features (such as the notes for each lesson) and lessons so they remain relevant and fresh. They also circle around and have fact-finding meetings with leadership to make sure their product continues to meet the need, but to also get honest feedback and listen to ideas to make the experience even better. It's a winning solution for sure!
