It is pretty simple to use, you can easily have multiple tabs open and accomplish a lot at once.

I use welligent for billing and collections of behavioral health claims. This software is awesome with tracking violations such credentialing issues, Authorizations, Cpt code /dx code mismatch and so much more. The reports are definiltey well defined and designed to report and any issue.

The Layout and design of the pages/tabs are easy to dictate and view.
