Simple Service Management and CRM at Once

Cloud platform accessible from a web browser. The application is simple but covers all essential service management functionalities. The application can be adjusted with certain limits (configuration areas are fixed). I also like communication with Vivantio support - they are responsive and willing to help. Vivantio API is well documented and can be used easily.

Very easy to use and set up.

The screen layout is very easy to read, with plenty of options to change views. Can set up the views to how you wish to work very easily and quickly. Can set up custom forms, very easy to do and change on the fly. Very easy to import records from an excel spreadsheet and can also use the import to link records. Vivantio comes with standard ITIL modules, which you can implement when you are ready to implement; you don't need to implement them all at once. Vivantio uses ticket creation via email or a self-service portal. You can customise the emails sent from Viviantio and chose what options you implement in the self-service portal. The self-service portal is very customisable and can search a knowledge base. Vivantio also integrates with quite a few packages, we use SSO, and this works very well for us as well as importing contact records from our Active Directory. Overall a very easy-to-use and easily customisable program. Very easy to implement, and you get a single consultant working with you to implement the program. You can also work with the consultant remotely; they don't need to be on-site. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking at an ITIL compliant Service Desk and asset management tool.
