Vivantio is so customisable; it can handle the standard and ticket types, and you can make custom ones. You can go with the standard attribute types or create custom ones. It can take different teams working side-by-side, and you don't have to share data (or if you're nice, you can share ^.^ ) - joking aside, that's a positive from a GDPR point of view, you only see what you need to see. Reporting is fantastic and so flexible; whether you use the reporting section in the main interface, or if you really want to drill down or you can't find a report from the massive catalogue, you can request the Report Builder and make your own! (If you know what you're doing, a big caveat that!) I could go on, I really, really could; like the number of integrations you can have with Azure and on-premise AD, Exchange, Power BI, the list goes on.
