Love how easy it it to make adjustments to comp plans with Visdum
As an admin user, what really stands out about Visdum is its flexibility - we can make adjustments to comp plan structures or small changes on the fly without having to talk to support. When we've needed more complex changes or hit a snag, their support team has been super responsive with reasonable turnaround times. The dashboard and Visdum’s reporting functionalities are a huge win for us too - it presents data in a way that our sales team actually gets excited about checking. Plus, being able to access everything on mobile means our reps can check their numbers between client meetings. It's rare to find enterprise software that's both powerful and user-friendly, but Visdum nails it. Visdum is one of the easiest tools out there to use, especially if you’re upgrading from spreadsheets.

Visdum’s straightforward and very easy to use
I couldn't be happier with how straightforward Visdum is to use. The platform has become part of my daily routine - I check in every morning to keep an eye on my sales numbers and KPIs. It really helps me stay focused on what me and my team need to hit our monthly targets. The initial setup and onboarding was smooth and fast, we were ready to get going from day one. I could see my entire team’s comp plan structures on the platform and I could also make adjustments without even looping in the support team.
