Great tool to get salespeople away from tiring commission management
The commission calculator is just spot-on. I can easily see how different deal scenarios affect my earnings, which helps me prioritize better. Territory management is also great- no deals are missed in my paycheck. UI is good- and the commission statements offer a great breakdown of deal-by-deal earning.

The dashboard is just beautiful - everything I need is right there at a glance. Being able to check potential earnings while I'm building quotes is a huge plus. The mobile app means I can stay in the loop even when I'm out meeting clients. It can handle our complex structures and seasonal incentives perfectly. The gamification features also add a fun competitive edge that keeps everyone engaged. Integrations with our tools (HRMS, CRM, Invoice management tool, etc.) work great. Fast implementation, smooth customer support.
