They really listen to customers and what is working or not working and user feedback plays a signifcant role in their product roadmap. The provide a lot of tools and information to aid non profits to implement the responsive fundraising model and really care about the success of their customers. The software itself it user friendly and very learnable. The number of integrations that Virtuous has with other tools is impressive.
