Product arrives as an ISO image and contains a full-functional appliance based on CentOS v7. Easy installation on XCP-ng host v8.2. Trial license must be ordered separately using a Thumbprint file which can be created very easy. A Backup Plug-in must be downloaded from the appliance and installed on the VM host server. This applies to many hypervisors with the exception of VMware ESX Server. Resource definitions (VM host, Backup node and Storage node) are quite easy to define. Backups to tapes are not supported. No future support planned by Vinchin.
