Literally, you login and push the button and start working. You know that the next best lead will show up. If there is a reminder to call someone, that lead will pop up when its time. It's a set it and forget it system. This is almost an afterthought, but their service if the best in the business! Emails get answered right away and THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. Maybe even better is that they don't charge you for service!

I like that it's very quick to use. I don't need to figure out what every field does.
