General a good experience and very helpful tool to get insights, evaluate and help prioritize potential unknown partners. Also evaluation of own insta profile in sense of quality and drinving activities in that direction is helpful. UI and User-Nvaigation is also intuitive. Its quite easy to understand and usability is quite high i would say using common design and usage patterns and best practices - not reinvent the wheel. I use it currently nearly daily in our work (account startup phase). Customer support not tested so far.
