Easy to reach group members; easy to crate groups as well as add and delete members of those groups. Especially like the attendance feature. The task delegation feature is good to get information into team leaders hand quickly and efficiently as well as getting feedback from them on record quickly

Nothing. I guest It can do the job, but it requires a steep learning curve. Maybe it is too flexible for my needs and this contributes to its complexity.
