Together Mentorship has a robust (and evolving) set of tools, email templates, and even dashboards to track metrics to launch a full-fledged mentorship program. The platform is highly configurable and is intuitive for program admins to navigate to set up a new mentorship program. There's also test emails you can send to yourself to test out the flow yourself! Previous to Together, we were manually creating google forms, sheets, and drafting emails to manually match mentors to mentees and were only able to offer one mentorship program to our employee resource group. With the Evergreen product, we can keep the program and matching running consistently throughout the year and reduce the administrative burden of rolling forward and updating all the forms/docs/emails.

We are enjoying the ability to book sessions inside the platform since it integrates with Teams! The visibility from the health check allows the team to see when we need to reach out and support the mentors. The overall feedback from the team has been incredible, and the support from the Together team has been above and beyond.
