Tech support was very good and timely. Their note section allowed for fairly adequate notations. This system provided an intake, discharge note, and treatment plan, along with 2 forms of progress notes. It also had contact notes, which I used alot.

People are quick to answer, gives you someone to talk to.

Format, layout, documentation, ease of use, organization of notes, I enjoy using therapy notes as a whole because it is easy, organized and keeps all of my notes in one place.
