I never dread calling them and I know they are always there to help, whether to confirm that my next steps are correct or to guide me through new processes. TherapyNotes offers a great EHR product at a competitive price. The company works hard to make improvements and is continually adding functionality by adding new features. For a sophisticated EHR system, much of it is laid out intuitively and there is a library of how-to videos and tutorials available for review. I have contacted the support staff a few times and I have always been very satisfied with how quickly I was able to have my issues resolved. What is prompting this review is that earlier today I realized that I had made some coding errors (CPT codes, modifiers, and POS codes) which were totally my fault for entering incorrectly. I ended up having a 45 minute phone conversation with customer support where they walked me through the solutions and helped me get back on track- I did not feel rushed even once, and the staff was warm, friendly and supportive.
