Teamflect is customizable, I was able to turn off the features I didn't need like employee engagements and reveiws. I am able to track all my personal goals in a meaningful way and associate tasks with specific goals. It is also incredibly useful to see company wide goals that we can all collaborate on. Plus the app is free up to 10 users, so great for our very small team and equally small budgets for these things. Amazing value!
