We have an incredibly complicated scheduling system that includes daily role rotations and varying competencies. I have looked at dozens of scheduling platforms and this is the only one that would work with minimal manual adjustments. It was pretty easy to use, the "how to video" was very helpful. There is a fair amount of setup required for us to implement, but see above about very very complicated schedule system! So it was still less inital work than many others I have tried! The ability to integrate with TEAMS was a huge reason I initially looked at SOON, it was having a little bit of issue wanting to keep up a connection, but honestly that was just as likely a TEAMS or org network/settings issue than a SOON issue. I think the absolute best thing about SOON is the customer support. Extremely responsive when I found bugs or had questions and suggestions. They worked so hard to help make SOON work for us including adding small features (like able to filter people by groups). It was absolutely fantastic.
