I really like that Ci automatically generates proxies of all the footage you upload. But my favorite features are the media boxes and file request links. File requests are really useful because when you're working with multiple people who need to submit footage (like content creators), it becomes really simple to collect everything in one place instead of receiving uploads from multiple places like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. I love not having to dig around in my email to see where each person submitted footage. And the media boxes are great because it is easy to share cuts with clients for review and adjust permissions like with commenting.
