Building your audience can seem like a daunting task but this software has a couple powerful features that are really helpful for keeping your audience just the people who are actually interested in your product/brand/voice. There's the inactive followers queue where the user is able to see which followers have been inactive for a time that the user sets! I chose 3 months and boom, there was a list of 161 profiles I follow that have not been active in the app at all. Then you've got non followers (people you follow who don't follow you) and not following (those that follow you that you don't follow back). Such a straightforward and easy way to make your audience just people that are interested in you and vice versa.
