Adoro poder usar o aplicativo SnapDial enquanto estou em movimento. Se estou fora do escritório, ainda posso atender qualquer chamada que chegar, não importa onde eu esteja. Também posso fazer chamadas telefônicas do meu celular usando o aplicativo deles, o que faz parecer que estou no escritório. Isso também é ótimo porque não preciso divulgar meu número pessoal para fazer e receber chamadas.

SnapDials data capabilities have really helped us get a much deeper understanding of our customer, what they need, and most importantly, how we can help them. We now have a lot more data about the customer, and with all touch points coming through the one system we’re finally getting a full picture. This is a big benefit of the company. It’s helped us start to move our customer retention rates up, and we’ve been able to put some steps in to be more proactive. Overall, I think SnapDial is really going to help us become more customer focused and follow through with all the additional services we’d like to provide for our customers.
