I love the scripting abilities. Being able to take some Powershell that I've already run through the Background tools and then push it out as a script to all or a subset of endpoints is great. Integration with our preferred remote access tool, ScreenConnect is great. Invoice integration with Pax8 makes it easy to create our monthly invoices with the correct numbers of licenses. Everything is speedy, and I don't waste a lot of time waiting for loading between modules. Also, the pricing is great for a shop with just a few users.

I like that it does it all. RMM, PSA, invoicing estimates, contracts, inventory, you name it, it does it.

The most helpful with Syncro is the connection with the customers and allowing the asset to push the scripts for the patch management. We love the app integration and ticketing system. It is easy to implement for our customers and manage them. Any time we need assistance or have questions about the software, their support team is quick to get a hold of especially on a day-to-day basis.
