Impressed by the Quality and Speed of the Support Team

I really have no words to express how impressed I am with their customer service, whether through chat or tickets. They resolved all my issues in a very short amount of time (I'm talking about minutes). They even solved problems that were not directly related to them. For example, I had an issue with a domain I purchased that was on a blacklist, resulting in emails going to spam. They immediately contacted the representatives of those blocklists and requested my domain be removed from the list, a gesture that truly amazed me. I opened 3 tickets (in several of which I presented multiple problems) and all were answered within minutes, and all issues were resolved, which is the most important thing. In any business, problems occur, what matters is that they are resolved, and ScalaHosting has impressed me in this regard. I would also mention sPanel, which is such a breath of fresh air after cPanel... Simple, efficient, uses minimal resources... Just as described on their website. My Managed VPS has been running without technical issues from day one, all kudos to them. Websites load in milliseconds... I could turn this post into a novel if I went into each feature in detail, so it's better to keep it short and simply say: I am IMPRESSED by the service. Thank you for existing!
