Eu adoro como o Rulai é fácil de usar. Como proprietário de um negócio, ainda sou capaz de entender o processo, os fluxos e entrar para fazer alterações. Se não fosse tão direto e fácil de usar, isso não seria o caso.

I love the ease and feel of the Rulai Console. The UI is very intuitive with a drag-and-drop approach to building out bot flows, and the NLU solution is super robust. I also appreciate that it doesn't resemble an internal tool which I've encountered with other bot building platforms. The node-and-linking system is an elegant way to map out the flows, and if snapped into place with intention, can double as a diagram and thereby cut out a step or two in the bot building process.

Rulai é um sistema muito visual e amigável para desenvolver bots em chat/voz, etc. A integração com APIs é feita de uma maneira simples, mas eficaz. A chamada de diferentes intenções, por texto dos usuários, é notável.
