Minimal hardware requirements, ease of use, friendly and attentive customer service, continuous training, and the ability to administer the signage from the internet.

RiseVision was recommended to me by another school librarian in the UK. I love the templates for making visually exciting (and very clear) signage easy - our digital signs are created by busy teachers and support staff at school. It's so much easier to create and schedule signs now than our previous solution. Customer support is quick, friendly and responsive. We use it every day. It's obvious they understand how schools and teachers work!

I handle the digital marketing for 3 separately chartered-- and branded-- banks. There are a lot of systems that don't offer what I need to be able to customize the expereince for each bank. Rise not only offers the ability to high customize, but they make it easy to do. Also, we have really enjoyed the premade templates a lot, especially the updated daily ones. I can hear the feedback from frontline staff and customers from my office, and the general consensus is that they love the displays. Implementation was easy to do, the only note I would have is you need someone with at least a little tech knowledge to be able to do it. I struggle working with staff remotely to diagnose issues sometimes. We have the displays going everyday. As a matter of fact, one of our computers just bit the dust and I got a call as soon as I walked in the door Monday morning to order a new one/see about warranty. We didn't have anything like this before, so we didn't have really anything to integrate it into. I do make some displays on Canva and they are easy to upload and look great. I do like that Rise is compatiable with other design platforms sot hat you can make your own to include.
