Great Functionality, Great Support as well.

|Help Desk Migration Services
Thank you HDM for the great utility and great service. The Migration of over 20,000 support tickets from our old system, HelpScout, to a new more robust system, Re-Amaze, was completed with great success. We had a couple of bumps along the way but they were my own user errors, and the support team at Help Desk Migration was able to correct my mistakes very fast. The migration of records itself takes a very long time! We tried to do migration for 2 mailboxes overnight to be less disruptive. But when they were finally finished, everything was there and working great in the new help desk system. Worth every penny for my company.
