We were able to customise the migration from our old Zendesk instance to our new Zendesk instance with the assistance of the team with no trouble. The interface was easy to use - the mappings worked exactly as we expected them to and there were no missing tickets or helpdesk articles. All of the attachments on the tickets are there too which is great. The team was always there to answer questions as per their support hours so we received very fast feedback to all of our questions. The actual migration itself went extremely fast - we were able to get it all sorted before the end of the month which helped us a lot.
