The best way to migrate between non-interoperable help desk systems.

We found ourselves in a situation where we were essentially held captive by the helpdesk software that we were using, due to the severely limited data that we could export within the stock functionality of the software. It seems to be a common tactic of some helpdesk software providers, as they know you're unlikely to leave if you can't extract the valueable data that you've spent years building up. Enter Relokia, their migration tools made our move possible,and their support team helped us through some of the complexities of our particular situation. Within a few days of finding them, we were up and running on Jira, with all of our historical data from the old system.
