I like the support we received. The support team was helpful in allowing us to configure how we wanted to use it with our territory management within Salesforce. We had complexity around having inside sales reps and outside sales reps that were within the same area but differentiated based on the companies employee size. This allowed us to identify who owned which accounts. It also allowed the reps to go in and see if there were accounts nearby if they were going to go onsite. It was also very configurable.

I really like how our sales ops team can target contacts who live near one of our main events and allows the to send those customers emails and personal invites to the event. The software allows our team to use the field "Metropolitan Area" into reports and thefore making it much easier to target all contacts within an area.

Eu realmente gosto deste software porque ele permite não apenas um CRM, mas uma maneira de armazenar todos os dados em um só lugar.
