Pretty easy to work with

|Qualia
I like how easy it is to open files in Qualia. The addresses automatically populate for you if they can be found through google. It automatically populated TMS#s and pre-fills some information for you as well. It also checks names through your title provider. It is easy to upload documents and you can make sub-folders. It is internet based, so you can log in from anywhere. You can also email documents straight from the program and it auto populates the email addresses! So much easier than the program we previously used.
