The program is easy to use once you learn it. The customer support is fantastic. Ashley has been amazing helping us through the entire process. All of our questions and concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner. We are very happy with the service.

Qbench is going to help streamline a lot of the workflow in our lab, the tools available are straightforward and easy to understand.
