I really like that the free version comes with everything you need to create a repository of Test Cases that you can use with your project without any problem, there are some limitation when it comes to use APIs, executions, integration with other tools, for those escenarios you will need to upgrade to a higher plan, which is reasonable, but the free plan comes handy for small projects or at least someone that is trying the tool. They have a great customer support, really fast response, they provide clear and concise steps to fix issues. You are able to schedule meetings for demos purposses or for asking questions, really fast.
