I love Practice by Numbers and cannot recommend it enough. We use it daily in our office. First, to get a quick overview of the metrics I need in one place. I used to have to run report after report. Now it's all on one dashboard. I have a custom dashboard that I use to track what is most important to me. PBN also has hundreds of metrics features I don't routinely use but have access to when I need to, like what insurance carriers our patients use, what their payment rates is (and who we should be looking at dropping). We also use their patient forms and communication features to auto text-confirm appointments, quickly send last-minute messages, remind our patients if they have remaining benefits for the year, send payment request, etc. It's all in one place. Customer support is super helpful. There are many times that I need help reviewing a patient's account and they're always there to help. It's super easy to set up and integrate in to your daily routine. They have great forums and videos online to teach you how to use it. Recommend 100/100.
