Had a fantastic experience with the tool. The Enterprise plan services are quite balanced and useful. The sales team member Vincent was extremely professional in his approach, was extremely thorough in his product knowledge. Though we were in different time zones, the SA team was extremely responsive. The platform interface is extremely professional and self explanatory. I was able to set up my survey in about 2-3 hours end to end with excellent help from the self-help resources on their website. Some advanced queries were cleared by Seppe and Vincent on call. End to end, we had a seamless user experience. I look forward to using their services consistently.
