It does what it advertises - patching 3rd party apps -- and does it quite well overall (We use it strictly for Intune-managed devices) The onboarding process went very smoothly - we did a demo call where the technician walked through the process with us and answered lots of questions we had about the Intune integration Though the UI is kind of outdated, it doesn't matter much since you shouldn't need to use the admin app often. For Intune devices, basically it is just a means to sync all the settings and updates to the Intune app updates. Once it's configured the way you need it, there really isn't much to do, it's pretty much set and forget, other than if you need to deploy or update new app(s) and didn't already have a catch-all rule in place for unmanaged apps We haven't needed to engage with support at all yet, so can't comment on that. There is also a support forum which seems like it's at least somewhat active. Our org is required to comply with multiple regulatory frameworks, and PMP helps keep us secure, and in a timely manner

As an IT Specialist, one of my jobs USED to be helping users get applications installed on their device -- now I just direct them to Company Portal thanks to PatchMyPC ease of publishing apps to the portal. From a compliance perspective, there is no better way to get your company's application vulnerabilites resolved. Impleneting PatchMyPC seems tricky, especially when linking it with Intune, but with the help of a PatchMyPC engineer, it was a breeze and left us knowing exactly how to handle things from there on out.
