I think just the pure fact that the people involved in PatchMyPC listen to real-world problems from community and address them when Microsoft can't (ex: reporting capabilities through Advanced Insights vs ConfigMgr)

A fantastic simple to use patching and software management solution

Patch My PC is incredible easy to setup and use. The quick and simple integration into Intune means we had this all setup in a matter of minutes. The automatic features also make the long term use very attractive, and as we are using this daily is helps us out a lot with software patching. We did reach out to support for their technical review of our setup and they were able to point out some things we had missed and were very helpful and friendly during that call. Fantastic service from them all.
