Gosto que o PI nos dê a capacidade de implantar os dados que atualmente possuímos em relatórios e painéis lógicos. Anteriormente, eu teria que traduzir meus requisitos como líder de vendas para um desenvolvedor para que ele construísse o relatório que eu precisava. Uma vez que as conexões de dados estão configuradas, é muito mais fácil fazer as alterações necessárias eu mesmo. A equipe também demonstra continuamente como é um bom atendimento ao cliente e nos apoiou com implantações tanto internas quanto voltadas para o cliente.

UI muito fácil e intuitiva significa que reunir todos os dados é muito simples. Combinar dados de várias fontes permite que você administre seu negócio de maneira mais eficiente e permite que você veja coisas que de outra forma perderia.

Start off with Panintelligence as a company, everyone that I've had the opportunity to work with have been extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Part of what made the decision to take Panintelligence as our BI tool was the fact that the people we dealt with took the time to understand our use case and our company and the tailored the discussion around the platform accordingly. We are still early into our relationship with Pi and still getting to grips with the platform but the amount of support we have had to date has really helped accelerate our outputs so far. The tool itself hides a lot of the complex functionality and the customisation options in the background which makes it easy to introduce new starters to it without overawing.
