It just makes sense. The app doesn't pressure you to make changes but educates and makes you mindful of what you're changing. I like the app's layout, the lessons' content and the fact that it connects with other health apps. The coach is invaluable; connecting with others in your group for support is excellent.

The weight loss program was great. It really pushed me to try to hit my goals. Being able to see how others did in the program was motivating as well.
