What do I like best? EVERYTHING. - Love that I don't have to be miserable listening to that wretched ringing or people's voicemails while waiting for someone to pick up. - Love that it surfaces info relevant in an account when I'm speaking to a prospect. - Love that it's robust - call quality is almost always perfect. (Used to use SalesLoft and I feel like 30% of my calls had bad connection.) - Love that I could easily switch numbers. - Love that I can customize persona cards. - As a one-person team for a small and scrappy start-up, I love that Nooks let me do my job ie., cold calling people without me having to spend unnecessary time and effort in my execution. - ALSO given this context above, I know that we are a itty bitty tiny client for Nooks BUT man, I feel like I'm treated like a VIP. I can ask q's and reach out to my account manager anytime and she's always incredibly helpful (shout out to Bridget for being a rockstar!)
