It is such an incredibly intuitive platform - between the ability to filter out office hours to the summary of conversations for coaching, using Nooks has meant calling has gone from taking hours in the day to maybe 1/2 hours max.It's an amazing way to collaborate with teammates and learn from one another on an interactive floor.
