I love how easy it is to use and how eveerything is thought to multiply your productivity as an SDR. You got parallel dialer, you can have numbers from different states and nooks automatically switches your number for better ocnnection rates, the fact that you get excellent recordings and transcripts from each call and reports so you have your metrics to see what is working and what's not. Nooks took cold calling to another level, I love it.

User interface is super easy and feels gamified especialy when you're parallel dialling multiple POCs at once. Being able to toggle between auto dialling certain prospects and parallel dialling large lists of folks is unmatched. Saying aurevoir to voicemails and being able to select skip dial trees is just *chef's kiss* Folks say you shouldn't feature sell but Nooks' features are worth shouting about- it gets results and helped me to get more connects and smash quota working 30% of the time.

It's super efficent, easy to use, and changing the game!
