I like how Net-Results is set up for a partnership model. They are invested in the success of their Agency Partners and are committed to helping us know the platform inside and out. I've done demos from lots of different solutions, each has their pros and cons. A lot of the others look "slicker" but lack the power of Net-Results. The "Segment" Approach is brilliant. No other marketing automation engine uses this approach (to my knowledge). The pricing can't be beat either. It's simply the best around.

Customer service. Anytime I needed something customized or personalized, I was able to call up the customer service team and they were able to either walk me through what I needed done or actually create it for me to save me some time. I had a very unusual request for them that was going to require me to spend hours if not days to complete. They gladly took the time to go to their development team and figure out a way to make it as easy as possible for me, the customer. That really sat well with me that they would take the time to make me happy and keep my customers happy. In terms of deploying emails, it was pretty simple and straightforward. Go in, follow the wizard and your campaigns are sent. Reporting is pretty good and gets you all your basic open rates, click rates, bounces all real time which is nice as I constantly like to go in and see if people are clicking my campaigns right after I deploy them.
