Great, simple, effective ticket organizing tool

Simplicity. It is not over the top in UI/UX. It is simple and does it well without sacrificing usability or features. It allows teams to work on tickets together and creates a nice platform to access information.

Very Helpful Tool utilized mutiple ways

I like the fact that I can keep Track of jobs that I am still working on. I can look back at jobs or problems we have had in the past and see what we did to resolve them last time. Being able to look at the still open tickets and touch base with other staff on where those tickets stand so I can jump in and assist if needed.

Good but needs some polishing

The interface is very simple and clean. It has lots of functionality that is needed to get going right out of the box.
