I’ve had a great experience using Missive so far. It’s incredibly user-friendly and makes managing emails, chats, and team collaboration so much easier in one place.

Missive has made communication both internally and externally for our operations team easy and standardized. The onboarding and learning curve is simple and the support form Missive is stellar.

The ability to involve subject matter experts through private comments—without cluttering the main email thread—is extremely valuable. It keeps communication clean while enabling effective collaboration. I also appreciate having all cost-related discussions centralized in one place rather than scattered across multiple departmental inboxes. Additionally, file sharing works well for distributing costing spreadsheets and supporting documents.
