Maximizer has the ability to keep track all communication history in one place, which helps to help keep strong customer relationship. It is very easy to pick up conversations without forgetting important details because of the ability to track interactions over time. Second, the reminders that it provides already eliminates the need for follow ups by giving me the ability to have them in the system. Contact management is structured well, so we can easily split customers into engagement level to inform how we prioritize outreach.

I like action plans. Allows me to create tasks automatically so we have contact points for clients. I also enjoy how easy it is to find people & items we have saved. They have good customer support, same day replies.
